I am a professional working artist living in kits looking for a work place close to home. I am quiet, non smoking, working on large scale acrylic (no odour) paintings (40" x 70" +) and needing a work place  on the west side of Vancouver (kits/Dunbar/West point grey/shaunessey/etc.) with access to water, good lighting, and access to a washroom please.
