WEB /Design Consultant WANTED for JAN 2015

WEB /Design Consultant WANTED for JAN 2015.  I'm looking to hire someone monthly to put out a newsletter (They must be fluid with Mail-chimp and have a design sensibilities and experience) and someone as an on-call consultant to help  with the back-end edits of my word press website (they must be able to program HTML and be familiar with word press).
