Space available in shared studio
1200sf studio in Strathcona area of Vancouver, BC with good natural light and ventilation; within Crawl boundaries; opposite a park. You'll be sharing with 3 relaxed by professional artists. You'll have 140sf private space plus shared storage, kitchen, lounge, and open flex space. Perfect for painters, jewelers, writers, photographers... no toxic materials, kilns, dusty practices or heavy machinery. $500/month includes heat, electricity, wifi, garbage and recycling service. Over the last six months I have successful run a Mastermind Group based on the concept presented in Napoleon Hill’s classic 'Think and Grow Rich'. That is a small group of people who are synergistically connected to support each other to achieve their goals and succeed beyond what they could do on their own. We are seeing this now with our group as we continue to move forward with creating our dreams. Its fun, powerful and exciting!

I’m hunkering down for Christmas now and playing with making a few little paintings. I snapped a few shots during the process of making these paintings which I'm calling 'The Little Red & Green Christmas Paintings'. These are each the size of a big postcard, each of them painted on a hand torn piece of 300 pound water colour paper (giving them a deckled edge) with heavy body acrylic paints using a palette knife. I stared the series by choosing 3 parameters 1) colours - I decided green & red with a few other colours to punch it up 2) composition - I decided these would be a landscape composition 3) content - these pieces are about freedom, space, playfulness and experimentation.
